My New Years resolution for 2013 was to set about educating myself financially. I was drawn to John Kim as he comes across as very knowledgable, likeable and easy to understand. Having acquired some precious metals myself I decided to buy this book to see what he had to say. WOW This book has changed my life. He writes with all the links if you want to look up the information for yourself. I started the book and as this was an exercise in education I put a x against every link he included in the pages from beginning to end. It is an excellent read. I had no idea what uncovering those facts would entail. I thought I knew how the world worked how the governments of the western world worked how people in authority or positions of power conducted themselves in a demographically elected government or so I thought. The information revealed by the links in this book tipped my world upside down and I'm still trying to right myself. My perception of the life I live has completely changed. I learned stuff which was so totally unbelievable. He opened up a rabbit hole and no matter where I look he's touched upon it. How could I have not known this stuff! what will become apparent if you get yourself a copy "your not supposed to know" silly me........< Less

While the text and information contained is excellent, I can only give the kindle editio 3 stars due to the frustration caused when trying to link to all the resources mentioned throughout the book. The main link to the smartknowledeu/giftofgold page is incorrect, but after figuring that out and finding on Kim's website, many of the links take you to the underground investor website home page, not the article mentioned. For this reason I feel that this in only half a book.
